Leader on Heels: How communication habits affect if you are seen as a leader

A cozy evening event with conversation about how to be a woman and a leader with a glass of champagne and real stories from women who are leading their teams now, or are stepping into leadership chapter.

What makes people see you as a leader?
Your title and experience matter. But sometimes the smallest details speak louder than your words.

The words you choose.
Your voice.
How fast or slowly you speak.
Your posture.
The way you enter a room.
How you react or overreact.
When you pause and when you stay silent.

These simple language and behavior patterns can help you stregthen your leadership positions or ruin them without you even noticing.

Leader on Heels is a first event from PMI Lithuania as a part of Lady Leader Club

We will talk, share our experiences, practice, and look at the small things we can change in our everyday communication.

What we'll talk about and practice:

- Language patterns that make us sound confident - or uncertain
- Voice, pace, and the way we deliver our message
- Reactions and overreactions in difficult conversations
- Posture, eye contact, pauses, and silence
- Over-explaining and other habits that can weaken our message
- How to hold your position when you are challenged
- Small behavior patterns that influence how people see you as a leader

And yes, there will be heels.
Dress code is free, but we encourage you to bring your hottest high heels for one of our practice exercises.
Heels are optional but highly welcome, so come in whatever makes you feel like yourself.
